You will see from our Volunteer Jobs Page, that we have for many years been carrying out major restoration work on the river and surrounding areas, from works in the river to improve flow and spawning habitat to bank reinforcement using willow weaving and tree & wildflower planting as part of our vision to create a wildlife corridor.
